I have not really done too much to do with pedal setup as yet. I have started making a pedal box. Its made from RHS cut to the plans, i cut the holes in the side just so it does not look so boxy, i think it came up rather well. It still needs holes drilled, pedal slot cut and cable mount welded inside.

Below are the pedals from the edge. I figured it will be easier to buy them than to make them myself as they were not really that expensive.  Besides they look the part and are a great build quality with the laser cut parts. The same acetal bushes as are used in the stub axels are used for the pedal pivots.

Well the pedals are now pretty much complete, all i have to do now is weld the small plate inside the throttle cable pedal pox for the throttle cable to attach to, other than that they are all complete and mounted to the buggy, came out quite well i think, i should not have bothered cutting out the triangle slots in the side of the pedal boxes as they are going to get covered up by the bonnet, oh well they look flash for the moment. Throttle pedal box is on the drivers right and brake on the left as it should be. I am only having rear brakes on the buggy so therefore i only need one brake pedal. The clutch will be on the gear lever. As can be seen i used the Edge's laser cut pedals and brake master cylinder with my own pedal boxes.
